Overview of Programs
Ponte Vedra Storm Soccer Club (PVSC) is a fun and enjoyable soccer program for boys and girls. With our partnership, we are able to offer programs for players 2 to 18 years of age looking to learn and play the game of soccer. Our curriculum is constantly evolving in order to provide the best for our players and provide connections from our recreational program through our top competitive teams. We focus on building player’s technical foundations and confidence throughout each season, building upon previous skills learned at practice. Rules of the game are also introduced as the players move up into older age groups.
Our Recreational Program is the best youth soccer program in St. Johns County, Florida for U5-U19. We have a dedication to our players to ensure that each week their knowledge about the game of soccer continues to grow, they improve their skills on the pitch, and most importantly... have fun. All of our in-house games are played at Davis Park with most games being on Saturday. Our practices are held at either Davis Park or Nocatee Fields Monday-Thursday. Our Skills Development Bootcamp is our class of players who want to accelerate their knowledge and skills of the game. With additional practice each week and working exclusively with our certified coaching staff, our SD Bootcamp players get the preparation they need to take them to the next level.
Our Player Development Program is for our U9-U12 players looking to bridge the gap between recreational soccer and competitive soccer. Coaches are volunteers hand-selected by the PVSC coaching/training staff and have advanced coaching training and skills. We use volunteer coaches so we can keep the cost of this program lower. PVSC staff and trainers will assist with the teams and offer advanced training for the coaches throughout the season.
With our partnership with Jacksonville Football Club (JFC) we are able to offer a Competitive Program. Working with the staff of JFC, players' knowledge and skills are enhanced as they compete with teams throughout Northeast Florida and beyond. As a players skill and desire continue to grow, so does their opportunity to advance to a more competitive level of the game.
