Welcome to the Battle at the Beach

​

Here is some information to help navigate the tournament this weekend.

​

CHECK your schedule!! Some changes were made prior to 8:00 pm on Sunday.  Check your schedule often, once the tournament starts we will attempt to notify teams of any last minute changes but checking it regularly will ensure that you do not miss a game.

​

Pay careful attention to the Complex you are playing at! Some of the field numbers are the same at all 3 sites so double check the Location.

​

Benches will be provided at all sites.  Teams may bring tents for their teams - be aware that some fields are too close together to safely place a tent.  Tent legs must be a minimum of 2 ft off the field line. No staked tents on turf fields.

CHECK IN - check in will take place on the field with the referees using an official roster.  Bring multiple copies of your roster! For teams that couldn't add guest players, there is a form attached that can be stapled to your roster.

Game Cards will need to be turned in by the winning coach or team representative immediately after the game.  Tie - game card will go to the home coach.

Each complex will have a concession stand and other YUMMY food vendors.  Official Tournament gear will be available at Davis Park and Patton Park.

Athletic Trainers will be present at each complex. 

Respect for the officials, coaches and players is expected. Negative comments and behavior will not be tolerated.

Awards will be presented to Champions and Finalist after the final game.  Finals at Patton - awards will be available on site for pick up.  Finals at Davis - awards can be picked up in the large Metal field house.

 

Games at DAVIS PARK:

There are 3 large sporting events taking place this weekend in and around Davis Park.

Allow yourself time to navigate traffic and parking.

Front Fields 6A and 6C are at the entrance to Davis Park. Do NOT come to the back complex. We will have signs posted.
